Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
The law protects the relationship between a client and a psychotherapist, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.

- Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to appropriate authorities immediately.
- If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
- If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
No Show/Late Cancellation
- Please note if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will be responsible to cover the no show/late cancellation fee
- If you do not arrive on time for your session we can not help you reach your treatment goals, nor can we offer that spot to anyone else to work with them on their treatment goals.
Termination
- If services are started and not followed through within the first 30 days, your file is subject to closing.
- If you have not had a session with your Therapist for the last 60 days, your file is subject to closing.
- If you have an outstanding financial obligation and have not made payment arrangements with the main office, your file is subject to closing.
